Seriously, there's a lot of hot Canadian women. Even better we're such a melting pot that you can pick your favorite flavour of beauty. Caucasian, asian, east [HTML_REMOVED] west indian, black (sorry if that's not the pc term now), east [HTML_REMOVED] west europeans. The list goes on. Buckets of hotties and no 2 are alike.

Good luck with the nanny search, I hope your experience is better than ours. We hired three nannies and had bad experiences. We tried interviewing and hiring privately and settled on a very nice younger woman. She ended up quitting week before she was supposed to start. In a panic we went to an agency and ended up with an older Fillipina. She did a nice job of cleaning the house but was not good with the kids. We fired her after she admitted to hitting our 2 year old son. Our last nanny worked for a while but we were never comfortable with her harsh manner. She disciplined with threats and name calling which we talked to her about but she never really changed, so we fired her too.

In our experience it was really hard to find a nanny that met our expectations. And part of the problem might have been high expectations coupled with some guilt about leaving the kids to go work. In the end my wife took a leave from work.

actually the au pairs are great. they work for cheap because they want to "see the world" but they are not hardened like you will find with some of the older "local" ones
