that tzatziki is about as greek as apple pie.

low fat yoghurt dosn't have the same consistancy as say normal yoghurt.

1. nice pictures, you are taking some nice stuff lately
2. learn how to cook a steak properly
3. buy some real lettuce, it should be green, no green no vitamins no good

you mean you don't use authentic pressed yoghurt? I'm disappointed with your greekness.

and throw that foreman grill in the garbage man, get a little hibachi for your balcony or learn how to fry a steak in a cast-iron.

hey geroge foreman is great since i have im sorta lazy :P

and i didn't have a pillowcase to hand in the shower with the yoghurt in it. Thats what my mom use to do.

just go to minervas on w broadway (if you can resist the temptation)

all the authentic greek ingredients you could shake a piece of galaktaboreko at.. (god I love that stuff :drool: )

W broadway and trutch is the exact location..

I know minervas… its the greek gossip capital in the world. Same with kitsilano billiards.

and bougatsa is better.

I love the food there but I only go when it's early and I know I'm going to be the only customer.

I hate waiting for my souvlaki only to have the clerks stop making it when a greek person walks in. Then they don't start making it again until the greek people are served completely and have left the building.

I'd complain but I don't want to piss off whatever mafia probably owns that place.

You dont seem to understand.. he's greek. He's just born knowing how to make tzatziki just like all chinese people are born with kung fu skills.

Well, this whitey learned his kung fu skillz from the intersnets…maybe a sauce recipe can be found there as well?

I was a mamas boy. I know how to make alot of traditional greek dishes. Like i said omnce i drop 30 more pounsd ill make stuff like stefado, augolemeno, pastistiso, melejanasalata etc…

you aren't gonna drop any weight eating pastisio, vre.:).. einai paxenei.
domates kai piperes yesmistes, horiatiki salata (withought tons of feta), things like that are better.
