Too much dressing, and you're eating white bread. Not good for the weight loss. ;)

never touched the bread.

a) Your steak looks like a piece of bread. WTF. I had to look back at your description to see it.. that poor poor steak.

b) Your composition in the first one is hte best, but it still looks funky because you did some weird cropping. Zoom in more and get lower.. pictures of food from the top.. in general dont look good

Yeah… sadly with all the fat cut off, and me over cooking it because my grill wasn't set properly (yeah i use a george foreman) i almost mdae it raw :(

Thanks norm. I'll remember it for the next time I make some food ;)

Holy freakin Geebuzz.

I physically cringed at the sight of that steak. And did you say Foreman grill and steak in the same sentence??? For the love of God man…..

You cut the fat off the steak…but then add triple the amount of dressing any decent salad might need, if any at all (nice iceberg salad in-a-bag btw;) )
The steak fat is 100x better for you than any crap out of a jar.

I used homemade tzaziki using low fat yoghurt. about 100ml has about 1 gram of fat and 110 calories.

Indeed. My mistake on the dressing:)

Don't you have an oven or a even a toaster oven at least? (if not a Hibatchi at the very least if you wanna make it really good)

Id rather see that knowing you were satisfied. I dont think ive ever made myself a meal and had more than 10 seconds between it being finished and me starting to eat it.

You dont seem to understand.. he's greek. He's just born knowing how to make tzatziki just like all chinese people are born with kung fu skills.
