I looked at the new list, not exactky a bunch of hardware youre going to find a behind the counter at Cabelas.
You haven't been looking that closely behind the counter then.
Ok, i had to look again...seems to me like the general criteria was pics on the web for scary guns. (Which typically look that way as a product of simplicity)
Not sure i need or want a chinese service rifle though.
Could have sworn i saw 22 savage on the list, will that mean my daughters pink one is now illegal?
Three Sheets this is the same bunch of twits when they created the list at the start of this Goat Fuck. Where ridiculed as some of the “gun manufacturers” they listed either didn’t exist or didn’t even make an actual lethal firearm.
And wouldn’t trust anything Mr “Public Safety” Blair has to say.

Most people I talk to are very supportive of this new wave of bans. The response I often get is "why do you need military grade guns?"

It was done on the day of the that Quebec school massacre As a friend said...Grave Dancing for 35 years. It is the only trick the politicians know.
Reality is most of the list they put out is already restricted or already banned. It was incredibly performative with zero actually doing anything. Too bad the money wasn't put to better use that would actually help Canadians beyond telling them what to fear.
Oh, and since some Google Uni Mental Illness studies graduate will roll out the "stops suicides' BS. Go fuck yourself. In the last 6 weeks know of three suicides that happened that didn't involve a firearm. Take that shit and shove it.
One in six suicides in Canada are by firearm.
It's the USA where that rate is a lot higher.
It took a long time for them to ban the ruger mini-14 which is what Lepine used
bikes > guns.....
Trucks>bikes
Trucks can carry many bikes and guns.

The ruger mini-14 of polytechnique infamy is back and legal. Albeit made by a different manufacturer with a stamp that says "hunting rifle" on the side.
Wonder how long before it gets added to the list.

Funny thing is people who earlier this year during the 51st state thing where going on about no one had “military grade firearms”. Now how many of those will be handwringing and fear mongering this?
Funny thing is if you look at history especially the Nazis invasion of Crete. The local populace had no military grade firearms. All had was single shot rifles, a few shotguns, hatchets, and even used broom handles with large knives strapped to them. Yet soon after the people who had no “military grade firearms” had them. Because they used what they had, killed the invaders, and earned “military grade firearms.”

In Ukraine when the Russians tried to take that airport at the very beginning they quickly overwhelmed the local garrison but were delayed and pinned down by territorial defense volunteers armed mostly with sks rifles and shotguns. The less trained and poorly armed group still managed to hold them long enough for Ukranian artillery to get into position and obliterate them.

Wasn’t just artillery. It was a Ukrainian paratrooper brigade who was sent too.
The Reservists caused enough chaos to disrupt the essentially 60 plus year old regurgitated OpPlan. LOL
