If the airgun guys get their PAL they could legally move out of the restrictive 500fps regulation. Some really nice airguns available if you're licenced.
500fps isn't really restrictive when you normally shoot in the comfort of your own garage

Here is my full custom 1322 pumper I built.
I built the stock and machined all the small parts myself, including all of the checkered stainless steel parts.
It is tack driver at 10 m :) and shoots just under the legal limit480fps.
This should so be the guns and tools thread.. Actual tools, not that I'm calling you tools don't even bother reading into that.
Ha Ha! Made you look.

very cool. any pics of building it?
I don't plan on going as far as you have with mine, but still looks interesting.
Any places people recommend for getting their PAL in the LM?
Seems I'm gonna be off of work for a bit so this could be a good time to go get it.

I did mine with Silvercore recently and would recommend them: http://www.silvercore.ca. You get your PAL and RPAL in the same weekend. They offer it in several locations with a variety of times.

I did the PAL and CORE course with Chuck Zuckerman 604-724-9275.
11 years ago it was held at the Port Moody legion building.
For anybody interested in taking up hunting, the CORE course is required to get a hunter number so you can buy a hunting license.

Nice. what the deal with the Co2 handgun?
my hand gun will end up like this at some point but with a red dot sight.
Regarding getting a PAL.
I did mine with silvercore and it was ok. I disagree with some of the instructors on some things.
Xarms.ca or civiladvantage would be what I recommend now. Maybe Hical.ca based in Mission.
and the carbine like this….although I would like to do some custom stock on it too. Being left handed and wanting other to shoot with it, I would likely not go with a dedicated left only design.

you only have to agree with them till you get the ticket though right?
Yes this is true. The goal is to get it over with. Id highly recommend some professional training aswell..
Here's my other little pea shooter. It's not terribly accurate but kind of fun playing in the garage
Zed, are we like moped-ers in a motorcycle forum for you?
