He surprised me in a back alley once. But I grabbed my backpack, raised it high in the air over my head, swung it around a few times to get him to back off, then I climbed a nearby tree to escape but when he started climbing it as well I jumped over a wall nearby and ran away.

I was able to do all of those things because I'm fit. Unlike those pussy TDF riders.

Actually I did miss a key point. I told my story to a crossfit cultmember and they explained that my flexibility wasn't up to snuff. I asked what was the cross fit bar to hit and they showed me:

…..and going back to the definition (I'll keep using it as no one has come up with another one to use), you are as fit as you are competent in each of those elements.
