not the best screamer, but the best singular scream. highly subjective and debatable of course. 

the Who, don't get fooled again, probably. 

after listening to Soundgarden today, i'm thinking the scream in 'let me drown' is possibly the meanest, evilest scream i can think of.

I agree with don't get fooled again. Daltrey must have needed a throat lozenge after that one.
