Fan club presale sold out instantly. Tried at 10am yesterday and no go. Thankfully my buddy just got me a ticket with Amex presale, so if you have an amex you may have luck. But that was an hour and half ago…
Yeah, I read that the Tdot shows sold out, but was hoping there were a few "fan club" presale seats left for a Van show. Don't have an amex any more, so I'll have to see if there's even a single seat left for the general sales on Friday. Unlikely.

They did add a second show for Tuesday, so it might be easier to get a regular sale ticket than you think.
Past appointees to the order of Canada include notable scumbags Conrad Black, Garth Drebinsky and Alan Eagleson. Gord does not seem so out of line as an appointee in that company. Poets and writers are often appointed, even somewhat obscure ones so Gord doesn't seem so out of line. Not sayin' he should necessarily be appointed, but not so sure about the 'emberrasment' bit.

CBC afternoon show about ticket sales and resellers. seems there's a big scheme of remarketing these by online scalpers. i know nothing about it as i don't go to shows anymore but apparently this is a huge issue. Bob Dylan cancelled a show due to online ticket resellers they said.

well it seemed from the story or the twitter links people were blaming stubhub for it, but just seems that "fans" are taking advantage to the whole Gord thing. whatever it is, yeah pretty shitty
