Google up  some community radio stations they usually have no commercials so they exist on grants & donations, fairly eclectic, the play list depends on who the DJ is, could be almost any style of music ,  CICK 93.9 the station up here plays everything from bluegrass to Dub, is set up in an old train car ... which gets pretty fucking cold in the winter
