Based on what? I've heard that caffeine before exented exercise can actually stimulate your metabolism to burn fat as a fuel source earlier in the workout, allowing you to burn more fat in the same amount of time (fat is a secondary fuel source which is why you need to keep your heart rate up for a long time if you want to trim down). Not to mention have a hell of a dump when you're finished.
I'm not saying either one of us is right or wrong, but I'm curious where you heard it [HTML_REMOVED] if there's actually evidence to back it up. Sorry if I'm getting all scientific on you.

I'm quitting organized crime; from now on I'll stick to the regular kind.

EndoKing, caffine dries up water in the body. Thus removing the water the body is able to release as sweat. It can also cause people to feel tired. For example, drinking six can of soda in a day will usually cause a person to be dehydrated and lazy. Although, some people have no reaction to caffine.

yeah man, dont look at the scale, but rather the mirror

do a routine every day. start at 30 pushups (nose to ground bitch), 3 reps. 30 situps, 3 reps. 30 leg lifts (lie down and lift your legs in the air), 3 reps. do that for a week then up it to 40's, 4 reps, then 50, 5 reps, etc. then do some freeweights. if you feel you need to loose some weight, do some cardio. run every morning for 10 min, increase 1 min a day.

who needs a gym :)

A big key is drinking lots of water (and yes, cutting down on or out the caffeine - or drinking extra water to compensate for the diuretic effect of the caffeine). Your metabolic processes need the water to use your fat stores. And anything else to kickstart your metabolism ie. eating regular meals and snacks, gaining muscle - more muscle mass needs more metabolites therefore more use of any fat stores, good cardio… At least that's the theory…
