When it says add 3 cloves of garlic do you add 3 cloves of garlic or do you chuck in the whole bulb?

I fuckin love garlic, I always throw in the bulb.

Crush, then peel. It's much easier.
And you have to crush it. you can't just dice it or whatever. You're missing out on half the flavor.

I pretty much put garlic and onion on everything except Nutella sandwiches.

I also rarely catch all the colds my workmates complain about.

My wife cooks in the similar fashion - she needs a garlic and onion intervention. The colds come with having kids, they are little kooties monsters.

I found a garlic stand out in Cowichan with monster bulbs. Was cheap too!

No amount of garlic can stop kids from sneezing on each other and bringing it home. I have just gotten used to life with a cold.

Back on topic, load it with garlic. I love the stuff.

apparently you want to crush or chop garlic and let it sit for 5-10min before heating it to let the enzymes work away to get the most benefits from Allicin.
