Whole, roasted garlic is the best. Plus it works like a charm if you have a vampire/goth/Emo problems in your neighbourhood.

Man … love garlic. when I did time over in Ontario during graduate school they had this restaurant in london called "Garlic." everything had garlic in it, even the ice cream had garlic in it. the food was freakin' amazing. However, as a graduate student the only way I could afford eating there was by volunteering to host visiting lecturers and such.
