Some bamboo. More tiles but I'm not sure they'll come up as well.

i have a very small kitchen to floor. currently has vinyl. does bamboo handle water well?

imo it's best to avoid hardwood or laminate flooring of any kind in the kitchen. tile and vinyl are the best b/c they handle water better and stand up to high traffic better.

with how often you stand in front of the fridge you'll wear the finish of the bamboo pretty quickly.
