For decades, consumers of the US media have been fed a series of repeated lies concerning the status of northern Korea. Tales of mass starvation and brutal torture are told over and over, occasionally updated but essentially the same as those told when Washington first realized it could not defeat the national forces headquartered in Pyongyang..........

What about the defectors and survivors of the gulags? Can we believe them or are they just another pawn of MSNBC? There is no doubt that mass starvation was endemic in the 90's and the stories of what goes on in the gulags is as horrific as tales from Nazi concentration camps.

While it was illegal everyone was being pretty meh about it and it was chill, but now there's all kinds of new ways to get a criminal record from it.
All they've done is legalized the industry, average users are absolutely fucked by these new laws.
