Drink 1 - 1 oz amereto, 1 oz vodka, loads of ice and a splash of McCain lime juice from concentrate.

Drink 2 - Corona, drink off the neck, refill neck with lemon gin. 2 of these should start your afternoon off right.

I'd prefer the tits even if I didn't get anything to drink.

Some ladies do know their bourbon and scotch but who wants to be seen as an alcoholic ?; maybe you are not hanging out with the right kind of female?
Or maybe because bourbon is known as a panty remover…and the ladies don't want to be seen drinking that.

So you're saying more men drink bourbon.

Mojito recipe:

I only know how to make it by the pitcher (hahaha!)
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- squeeze in fresh lime juice over the sugar until it reaches the 1 cup mark
- add a good bunch of mint and muddle (or go to town with a fork - that works too)
- once the whole works is mixed add that to the pitcher
- add 1 cup (or a bit more to taste) of white rum
- 4 cups of ice
- 1 l of soda
- throw in some sliced limes to pretty up the pitcher
- stir and pour into glasses with ice, a fresh sprig of mint and a slice of lime

ENJOY!!

Be forewarned though, once you tweak this recipe to your tastes you'll find it next to impossible to get a good mojito at any establishment in Vancouver!

-cut limes into 16ths, half them, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise then in half the opposite way
- place about six pieces in a glass with about 8 leafs of fresh mint
- about 1 ounce of simple syrup, and about 1 0z of fresh lime juice
- use a wooden muddler to crush ingredients together, not too much, about 10-15 seconds
- add crushed ice to top of glass, this is important, use crushed ice
- add 2oz of good rum, i like doorlys
- couple drops of bitters
- top with soda water (about an ounce or 2)

enjoy

I concur, limes should be muddled to extract the oils and essence.
