there's a new restauarant on commercial drive. It's Belgian, called Stella's and all they serve is Belgian beer.

K, now we're talking my speed. When we going?

I've lost 33lbs in the 90-odd days since I started riding again, with no lifestyle changes other than reducing my hard alcohol intake in favour of the hop-n-malt. If anything, I'm eating more now; most of the actual weight loss has probably come from my wallet via grocery bills and parts breakage.

I figure I lost about 10 lbs over May/June, not that I was all that fat to start with, but it was cool to see the abs again. I missed those little guys…

Busted wrist has meant little or no exercise for the past month, so some of it has definitely come back. Can't wait until I can do stuff. I've been trying to watch what I eat to compensate for the lack of exercise and it sucks. I prefer the "I exercise so that I can eat/drink as much as I want" mentality.

I'm quitting organized crime; from now on I'll stick to the regular kind.

ok i dug up this thread so i could say i started my 'life changing' diet on august 3rd, and when istarted on that day i sadly weighed 150lbs.. wednesday the 10th was my first weigh in after eating good for a whole week and biking, and i am now down to 144lbs :D ive lost a half an inch on my stomach , hips and thys.
im doing the ediets, just basically following their meal plans the best i can with what i have, we ride almost everyday, and i got some simple arobics work out videos i do 2ce a week and now i have a good job doing sales so im walking all day long and climbing up on the racks to get shoes and things, so im always getting a work out. (oh and my goal is to get down to 125lbs)
I feel great!!!
