Chuck Norris would turn himself into that bridge and no farewell would be necessary

I'm happy to get outside and enjoy nature while I can, but I fear for the future of humanity

WIN!

Except Chuck Norris doesn't need bridges. When he approaches a river the water parts so it won't get all "Norris"…

I hear they're going to clean up the slide next. No hope for Hope if that happens.

Just sayin - if you're going to run an article about a bridge, probably good editorial judgment to include a picture of the fucking bridge with the article…

Seriously, what were they thinking when they named that one? Never heard of Karma?

and in other news….

Calgary police are a bit red-faced (and perhaps a little relieved) this week after having spent eight hours of their Saturday staging a stand-off at a house that turned out to be empty. In the wee hours of the morning, a man surrendered to police at the home when they responded to a call about an argument and a gunshot. It would have all been over, except the man and officers suggested other suspects were still inside. More than a dozen police vehicles, two ambulances and a fire truck played part in the stand-off and neighbours were told to hide in their basements. Police used sound bursts and tear gas canisters to try to coax the believed suspects out of the house. ”We had a heck of a hard time getting a hold of anybody in there, and there was a reason for that,” Calgary Police duty inspector Paul Stacey told the CBC. And while police were glad they did their due diligence, we bet the neighbours are a bit peeved about spending their Saturday hiding in the basement.

So who does enduramil root for? The lawman or the spurned vet … you must be so conflicted.
