I took them all with my phone, it's easy to carry around while on the clock, and yeah man you can do what you want with em.
Enough politics and bickering already..
cool.
do you have an instagram account? if not you should as your work lets you share a lot of unique pics that would be hard to get/find for the avg person
What's the story on the boat?
Apparently an old HBC ship. Don't have much more info than that, it was close to where they found the Terror from the Franklin expedition.
Saw a lot of the DEW line sites they were cool.
I spoke to a guy years ago whose company (forget the name) was doing environmental clean up of all the old DEW line stations. He said it was a real mess & a really big job. Any idea if they are finished doing that?
Didn't get a close look at them but saw it was a big clean up job. Basically test everything down and ship it back south.. we saw the sites from far and all looked functional. Can definitely see what you friend was talking about.

Functional sites would be the NWS replacements to DEW that my dad project managed for DND as his sunset career. He spent three summers up Baffin Island - Iqaluit, Hall Beach, Rowley Island. Bray Island.
I hope you went fishing for arctic char. Anything smaller than two boots got thrown back before the bears came around. He’s still terrified of bears, even little Lynn Valley ones.

Sadly, he didn’t have an @IG, let alone a camera. I can’t say I remember any photos, but the location names are burned into memory.

You should make a list and go, before you can’t.
This article says the clean up is finished.

If you find Guam on Gmaps or Gearth and zoom in to the NW I believe, I'm pretty sure I found what looks like 3 pyramids in the ocean.
Broke my leg back in July.. been recovering ok. A lot more truck adventures this summer vs what I'd normally be doing. oh well TRUCK YEAH!
Stumps help provide a great view.
