He might get whacked by someone in government.

if he were actually assassinated you can count on martial law. maybe a stroke or heart attack could be made believable. after lady di car crashes are out for awhile still…

by now he would have seen the cia/jfk videos and met the aliens etc.. this is all a scam.

So the latest John Oliver clip on Trump that came out a few days ago is nowhere to be found… anybody know what's up with that? I'm curious what people can and can't get away with when speaking of the Donald.

It can be streamed from here

Je suis Ikea.

This is a perfect of example of what's gone wrong. The media is screaming that Trump said or suggest there was a terrorist attack in Sweden, but if you listen to the clip he does not mention the word attack at all. There is no integrity anymore, no honesty or accuracy in reporting. It's bad enough that sometimes one can't even question the veracity of some of the claims without getting labeled a racist or whatever. Objectivity is completely gone.

If Trump wouldn't lie so much - if he would be as articulate as a 7th grader - then perhaps there wouldn't be reports of "wtf did he just say"?

He said "look at what happened last night in Sweden", and nothing has happened. He then backsteps and says he's referring to something he heard on Fox News.

So he says the media is all fake news, then he references something he heard on a media outlet.

The guy has a massive organization around him that provides all kinds of facts, but he ignores it and makes things up. The man has comprehension issues. Add that to an incredibly big ego, a narcissistic personality, and comprehension issues and you get a constant stream of absurd and non-factual stream of comments from him just to suit his narrative.

that's the whole point - do you know exactly what happened? does the media who reported or insinuated that a terrorist attack happened know? no. what the media (especially "social media") did was take an ambiguous statement and spin it to suit their narrative of what they think trump said.

i'll take fallacies for $200 Alex.

take your pick but there are about 3 or 4 that could apply. in essence though, just because trump is jumping off a cliff it doesn't mean you (or the media) should either.

this link from the new yorker that Mic posted a page or so back

details exactly what's going on these days, namely a huge shit storm of confirmation bias that is clouding people's ability to separate fact from fiction. the instantaneous buy in on any anti-trump spin is de-legitimize the rational arguments against him.

I can only hope Trump can use the strong leadership skills he displayed in "The Aprrentice" and "The Celebrity Apprentice" to clean up the MESS he inherited and #MAGA.

His "drain the swamp" slogan is turning out to be "drain the swamp; after I first fill it with former Goldman-Sach execs and the like"

How long has "Atomic Football Roger" been the nuke carrying cat? Took less than a month of Trumpism for that info to come out in public.

His lil spat with Mark Cuban the other day was cute. Divert to that while N.Korea tests missiles.

No need to make things up when Trump is perfectly capable of doing that on his own.
