This. My uncle is a finishing carpenter (now runs the business).
As teh little shithead nephew, I got a job working for him one summer. We were putting up bead board, crown moldings, etc in the nice dry house while the framers were getting soaked in inches of rain every day.
That's the problem with cities, they're refuges for the weak, the fish that didn't evolve.
