I don't watch either show but had to google Goggins just so I could check out these apparently amazing teeth

I recommend watching the series first as the movie is set years later. At least one of the series original actors passed before the movie finally got made. It is a modern atrocity the series didn't last longer when new.

Any show with Dennis Christopher is worth watching.
