Thanks Rob. I am much more mature now after I've been through so its easier for me to see that there are things I cannot change no matter how bad I want them too and that's it nearly pointless to try. I cannot look at what I have lost but instead look at what I still have. A beautiful daughter, a loving family, my health and my future.

Been listening to the Dan Savage podcast a bit driving to work. Cribbing from what he has said in similar things.
