This may be hard to believe but I don't Alex Jones.

Why not? All his talking points, beliefs and fears completely match yours.

Maybe that's why 😉 seriously now though it's bc I just prefer to read stuff instead of being told it. I also  haven't figured out how to f3 or ctrl-f through a video yet.

No way these restrictions would have lifted on their own without a bunch of grifters stealing money from a bunch of pursuadeables. Nope it's the liberals that are wrong.

Ha Ha! Made you look.

The Convoy did cost Ottawa > 30million in policing albeit not very good policing

I would call them whacko nut jobs who happen to drive trucks which they used for evil to give real truckers a bad name

keep in mind the Convoy was a VERY small % of the hard working trucker and not sanctioned by any trucking association

Post Ottawa demonstration the po-po don't really think twice about messing with demonstrators keeping them out, writing tickets, arrests

the mask mandate ended when the science ended it but some places still mandate a mask try walking unmasked into a hospitol

You still need a Vax passport to drink in a bar, not sure if/when you can get on an airplane

add to that still 3 more yars in Trudeau's mandate

so things just played out as they would, I don't see anyone getting their way

but you had to be on the koolaid to think this would end anyway different than it has

Not really. I mean, "their way" wasn't ever really defined was it? They're still out there in dwindling numbers, trying to do... Something? I heard they had a crap-load of burgers though.

Sounds like people who want to blockade borders might lose that privilege,  I wonder if this will pass

https://toronto.ctvnews.ca/ontario-introduces-legislation-to-prevent-illegal-blockades-at-border-crossings-1.5827654

The Doug Ford government is set to introduce new legislation today that would prevent illegal blockades at international border crossings, giving law enforcement additional tools to suspend vehicle permits and seize licence plates.

The solicitor general specified the legislation is specific to illegal blockades at border crossings “that impact economic activity and international trade.”

“We scoped it very narrowly and it will have no impact on the right to peaceful lawful and temporary protests or protests that happen elsewhere in the province,” Jones said.

I woke up at 2:30am this morning, stripped naked and ran down my road singing Sweet Home Alabama because the sun wouldn't have come up otherwise. You're all welcome.

Not that anybody knows what or  which party the whacko-nut-job Convoy types were supporting but Trudeau has inked a tentative deal with the NDP which will allow JT to govern Canada unfettered  till 2025

The Conservatives are up in arms and on all the radios today.  Up in arms I say!  Of course the best take on the situation is from the Beaverton.  I think 'salad tossing representation' is how We Canada landed that sweet contract at the beginning of COVID.

Conservatives warn Liberal-NDP deal is “backdoor socialism”, “handjob democracy” and “salad-tossing representation”

ok your link ^^ was better

https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/conservatives-slam-liberal-power-grab-ndp-pact-1.6393205

"Obviously, they have agreed to a radical and extreme agenda to expand the power of government by taking away the freedoms of the people," Poilievre said in a social media post. He urged his supporters to "take action" and "help me fight against the coalition."

notice the talking points Pierre light is hitting^^ take away freedom/ take action/ help me fight,

them guys with the fuck Trudeau stickers on their dodge ram pu's will lap this shit up, so we can expect more of this kind of rhetoric from the cons, i just hope their supporters will be smart enough to do their research and not storm the white house ;)

there is actualay nothing illegal or proceduraly wrong with the 2 parties forming an agreement in parliament, the Libs will get "a majority" , the NDP will get some things they want, the cons will just get pissed off

i know this announcement this will piss them off in the tire shops and lingerie outlets of Smithers

Radical... Extreme... Power of Government... FREEDOM!  That is the perfect cut and paste line for the Conservatives.  Poilievre could just say that all day and nobody would notice.

My money says Trudeau, as usual, wont follow through with any of his promises to the ndp and Singh will be left holding his dick looking like an idiot in a few years.
