9 bar classic central italian in the espresso machine

This.

So glad they moved from Richmond to Van, as the person i used to have pick it up for me no longer can.

I also find it pretty tasty using the Aeropress or even cone filter drip.

Save on foods at park and Tilford has it. The roast date is stamped on the bottom. Be warned that it is often fairly old and selection is limited.

have you tried the Princess of Darkness? Actually prefer it to the Prince of Darkness, little more chocolatey undertones and a little darker but still smoother at the same time

edit to add that you should give Oso's Messy Room roast a try as well, one of my faves. When they stopped carrying a straight up Bolivian Peaberry roast this was the next best. Apperantly the Bolivian Peaberry beans are in short supply/not always available

I'm heading up there soon so I'll give those a try thanks!

Do you really mean percolator? Or just a drip machine.

Nope I mean percolator. I alternate from a percolator and french press when not making espresso. I'm into the overpower of dark roast in a perc.

yeah bro!!

Really? Espressotec makes good coffee? I'll give it a whirl, def cheaper than the Parallel 49 [HTML_REMOVED] Cafe Artegiano beans I buy (both of which I really like).

Yep. I was turned onto it early into the game so i really haven't used a whole ton of other beans, but out of the few i have tried, i find it damn good.

I'm still on my jj bean kick but I'm gonna change it up in the new year. Bowen island coffee is good, maybe I'll try galiano too.

Moja Espresso $15 lb includes free bevy. Kicking Horse Cliff Hanger when it's on sale. Best Gourmet organic Espresso $10 lb is actually really good. Oso POD when riding Nelson.
