There is a lot of electric, hydrogen and natural gas vehicle advancement in full swing, including trucking.  Just need it to be adopted in North America as well through legislative change to get rid of diesel.  Drill, baby drill.

I wish we could figure out how the aliens in the tic tac shaped vehicles propel themselves. :)

According to Bob Lazar it's element 115.

Meh, the west has been reducing carbon emissions for years. It's more than offset by increased emissions in Asia. The future is out of our hands now, sadly I don't see them doing anything to curb their emissions. At least we won't have to suffer the consequences here in Canada.

Not sure if that is correct, I know that over here in Europe quite a few power plants run on brown coal, and there is no sign of stopping.

Add to this an increase in traffic, not sure where you get the idea that The West has been reducing any emissions for years.

Don't take my word for it:

European emissions peaked in the 1990s.

Thanks for providing these links, despite the brown coal power plants still running in Europe, I somewhat stand corrected.

Read an article about SouthWestern BC and the current drought at The Guardian. That was interesting.

Picked a blackberry and ate it.  It was not very tasty, but it was October 20th so I felt I had to.  This is the craziest and driest October I can remember.  Not just dry, but warm.  Today feels like the first day of fall.  It will probably be nothing but 4 months of atmospheric rivers now.

When I passed through South Western Czech Republic at the beginning of October, rape seed fields were green and yellow....we both looked at each other and had the WTF moment at the same tine.

From Fast Orange’s gun control laments to people starting to panic about climate change, here’s a bit of big government propaganda  that tells how you personally can effect change, if you sit through till the Season Finale.   It is US centric but IMO applies globally in democratic society.

Vote locally.

Just working through this, thanks. Glad I voted in the recent municipal election.
