If you have never seen The Flying Scotsman about Graeme Obree, it gives some pretty good insight into how people with depression can find some calm on a bike.

Clara will be riding past Kingston on the 26th. Will pull Gabi out of school to see her ride past. And so she can ring her cowbell.
