I don't think the UK is thrilled with the treatment of their former colonists. This is looking like 1938 Germany... people fleeing due to being jailed for life for protesting. Think the British Navy may be showing up soon to evacuate those who want a get the fuck out due to a very large number of UK citizens living there.

And they are getting worse by the day. Xi looks at the fall of America as their time to pounce and they are more arrogant than ever. Not only do we need to avoid becoming anything like China we need to stop feeding them by allowing them access to the global economy. They have zero interest in being a part of the global economic system as anything more than a tapeworm.
