Or the US.  At least if your skin tone is off-white.

Keep fighting the good fight champion.

(We agree Americans would go French if their government said all their communications, by writ, would pass through their eyes, right).

I thought it was common knowledge in America that this was already the case?

where would you rather be facing legal action, in China or Canada ?

what is the conviction rate in Chinese courts ?

do Canadians ever claim refugee status in China

Probably China, less chance of it following me around and affecting any future travel plans. Chinese prison isn't even that bad. I know one white guy who did 2 years for living off the grid with no passport or visa before he got caught. He said it was boring but nobody abused him, not even other inmates and his Mandarin was perfect by the time he got out. They even approved his application for a work permit a couple years later and he moved back.

We'll definitely report them as being close to 100%, I don't have any relevant information on that.

Do Chinese nationals even claim asylum in Canada these days? How many per year?

That China has a much tighter grip on their peons than the west does.

Starting January 1st, 2019 all Chinese Consulates in Canada will require each visa applicant to apply in person at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center for fingerprints submission. Visits to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center is by appointment only. Also, the China Visa Application Service Center will no longer accept applications by mail.

This came from our travel agent today. Fuck that. That adds China to my list of countries to not visit.

Lol you would have loved the 3d face scan they do when you check into hotels even more. You are aware the americans have been photographing and fingerprinting non-white visitors at the airports for over 15 years right?

Yeah security at these places are pretty tight but Han being murdered by uyghurs is pretty much a daily occurence over there so you have to forgive the Chinese for being a little jumpy. In fact, the only time Uyghurs had administrative control over that region was for about the 40 republican years after the last emperor but before the communists took over. After Mao painted all the things red the Uyghur government signed the country over to the commies with no bloodshed. Muslims kill Han now mostly because they enforce laws like one wife only and she has to be at least 21, full face coverings are also illegal in China.
