Question......where are you going to put a dressed deer or elk in a sidekick?

For deer? In four pieces in garbage bags stuffed in the back. For elk? I wouldn't hunt elk alone.

Could probably get this for the $10k alone.

If you do look at a 2005-2010 Nissan truck listen for whining at idle, might be worn timing chain guides. Oil pressure light on or flickering, likely needs a timing cover job. Automatic shifts weird or coolant looks like a strawberry milk shake. Needs a transmission and radiator.

05+ Tacoma. Look at the frame thoroughly for rot, don't take the owners word for it. 05-06 frames were weak around the motor mount tabs, be sure they aren't punching through. Brakes and driveline issues are somewhat common so it should stop/go and cruise with no thumps or vibrations. If you're looking at a 4.0L, listen for excessive rattling when cold.. I could never sort that out on my 06.

Toyota replaced a lot of frames, i seen new frames stacked up like cord wood behind the dealer and they could do it in 40hrs but that program is finished

yeah getting something this isnt already a pile of shit is a better idea and you need a PU

Im amazed toyota still hasnt figured out their frames.

They toyota tax is dumb. The Nissan Frontier is every bit if not more reliable, better equipped and way less to buy.

Must be either too many or not enough drugs cuz ever buddy is missing/ mixing up the decades again

it took awhile but I knew someone would bring up the good old toyota PU eventualy

unless you can actualy do the work the idea of buying a better vehical instead of one that needs work is a smart one

You've made this wrong decade point several times and I still have no idea what the heck you're talking about.

Point about the Nissan frontier received. I know you know what you're talking about too.

2005-2010 had problem with the radiator where it would mix coolant and transmission fluid and fuck the tranny. Its a dead simple bypass mod avoids it all together and by far most of the affected years have taken themselves out by now or been updates with a new rad. apart from shitty paint and a rather big turning circle 2010 and onwards trucks are pretty bulletproof.

I have 200k on mine and do 90% of my driving on gravel, recently had my first somewhat major repair other than brakes with needing new ignition coils.

It's a solid boxed frame not a partially boxed like on toyotas. I really don't get why people buy $10k toyotas with 350k Km on them when for the same price you can pick up a fronty with maybe 200.

the cheap vehicals they are talking about from their youth might have worked a decade ago but a decade usually means a lot of kms so now they are fucking old

( the vehicals that is) so how much is a decade of driving 100000-150000 kms ?

so if you wana find out about used vehicals try searching on wiki with any vehical type you like

so lets take the  Toyota tacoma ? here  its possible to find out when were they built/ how did they come speced/ what engine size / what trany/ body configs/ colors/ blaah fucking blah but really important is when did the different model happen is pretty handy to know if you want a certain vehical

Love your truck!  Looks like Titan swap, Coastal OR bumper, and I'm sure much more.
