Cars For Big People
Volvo - my uncle has rolled with them for years. He's 6'5"
My Subaru is pretty good but I'm a measly 6'2"

My 6'5" brother also drives a Volvo station wagon. He had to find one without a sunroof though, the sunroof reduces the head room by a couple of inches.
Volvo XC 70 or Mazda6 wagon.

Good luck! I am only 6'4" and don't fit in too many cars properly. We have an Element, which is awesome for that - but you don't want an SUV.
Try a Mazda 5. Not sure if they are into your budget range yet, but they are a "tall wagon" and very cool actually - tons of room inside but small on the outside, if you can get over the soccer mom look - and they come in a 5 speed manual.
check out a mid 2000 vw golf or jetta ,they have a ton of room but mainly the seat has a ratcheting lever on the side which jacks the seat up[HTML_REMOVED] down about 5 inches ,I can go from just looking over the dash cruiser to the upright seating of a mini van in about 10 seconds … a super comfortable car to spend many hrs in
also the steering wheel adj up/down in/out ,if you can find a TDi in good shape you got a real highway car
You can rule out an Audi. I am 6'2" and I barely fit in an A4
anything american. they are made for freaks like you
A car with big outer dimensions does NOT necessarily mean it will have a big interiuor … american cars are poorly designed
My son is 6'3" and he actually fits quite nicely into the the newer Ford Focus. I was quite amazed as I thought he'd end up with a mid sized car. I would say American as well.
6'7" is tough. I am 6'3" and it seems that most car manufacturers build cars to fit people up to about my height because I slide the seat right back and it is usually just right or just a hair too small. Would it be that hard to move the seat tracks back a bit? Nobody could sit behind you but I doubt you ever really expect that anyway.

At 6'5", my A3 was the only car I didn't have to put the seat all the way back in.
Though as a previous poster said, you'll probably have to rule out a sunroof for most cars.
The Golf Wagons were pretty good for leg room. Mazda3s seem to max out at 6'5", wouldn't go any taller.
I'm 6'4" and have enough trouble, never mind being 6'7". Car's that often surprise me are 2 doors without sunroofs. For example, in a 370Z I have gobs of room, just like I did in my '79 280ZX. 2 doors usually mean you can put the seat a bit further back, so long as the car doesn't have a ridiculous roof line (no way I fit in a 2 door Accord).
One car that may surprise you is the Nissan Cube. It's amazing how much room it has for the driver given how small it is.
OP: Is your height in your torso? legs? even proportions?
Convertibles have lots of headroom.
Price may be an issue on this particular one.
You might as well get one of these too.
