Car Question

I'm thinking of getting a '91 Toyota MR2. Mileage is low, and it's probably going to end up at around 8k. I know it will suck ass in the winter, but I have a "backup" car I can resort to.

I was wondering if there's any issues I may face assuming air care is fine.

Test drove it today. Car looked really new, but he did mention it hadn't been driven for like 10 years, but he did a "gasoline flush" and changed spark plugs and what not, and the car ran fine.

Also mentioned he had to replace the catalyst before going into Air Care, and there were a bunch of gauges and buttons that looked like the car was "back from the future" and I had no idea wtf they do.

i used to have a 93 mr2 and i have a 01 spyder now.

they're good cars. that one is super modified.. so you are taking a risk. If you get engine trouble its going to be tricky to fix it.

It sounds like you don't know too much about cars, if i were you I would try get one closer to stock.

ps, they arent bad in the snow, because you have 60% of the weight on the rear wheels.
