Ross you're right, without the windscreen it'll just be off the dash. But at that point it will probably be hitting you in the chest and not the helmet which can be better

Can you post a better photo of your bike?

Glad you got it sorted! I liked highway riding on my naked sv650 more than my gsxr as the bloody windscreen directs it straight at my head. Buffeting like crazy I tell ya!

I did oregon on my R3 and it was not bad actually avg abut 135 the whole way there. This thing since im sitting up right so much would be such a pain.. plus I hate having a wind screen cover my helmet because then I get no air flow into my helmet making me sweat like a kid on Test day.

Well I am in no way healthy enough to even go out on my trip.. the FJ09 I have bought I returned without it even getting 2 km on it.. I now have a FZ07 that I will just ride till I can't anymore I pretty much am not having as many good days as I should.

The fun factor is the same.. sorta bummed but it is what it is.

Will you have the hernia repaired?

That's bullshit.

You could always try a private clinic. There's a good one on Fairview Slopes in Vancouver.
