Yup. changed the way I ride.. and what i wear.. not that it will help but I got a design made and stickers for everyone who knew him made.. bought a Neon yellow Bell Star Carbon helmet that may or may not help.
Surgery in 16 days. I am going to do a states ride hopefully in the summer.

Alive.. but way more painful. They had to out a catheter in cuz I was not peeing so 1 1/2 L came out.. had to fill 2 containers.. im bleeding though my stitches and 27 Staples

Full time Cath now... Can't get outta bed still horrific pain and piss proper so they needed to put one of these in .

Must have been a pretty big hernia. Did you drop your bike and try to lift it?
