well I take all advice and pass it through my uncle who is head of oncology. He won't beat around the bush. my next appointment is Dec 30th. to figure out what is next. I assume surgery again. this time be around Neck area.. which I do not have much of. haha

That's tough news at any time but even more so over Christmas.
they have only explored one treatment option so far. Often these things are complex and require a variety of approaches and sometimes a combination. In other words there are options ahead.
Keep your chin up. It's tough, but keeping your spirits up in the face of a challenge can make a big difference, and will continue to. Down days aside. They come and go.
