Sorry for the long update! I am now home and been home for a week. been very slow and painful. I have lost about 28lbs so far mostly leg and arm muscle. I have both Ham strings are pulled both shoulders are pulled and i have a massive list of pinched nerves from my muscles being super weak and shrinking so fast. But I am holding in there eating normally etc. I am happy to be out of there. Thanks for tall the wishes. my first visit with the surgeon is in a week to go over how my body is doing and if there is no more cancer. Fingers crossed.

Yup I am living at the parents place for now as there is no way Id be able to be at my place alone. They been amazing in taking care of me. I should get to have my first shower in a few more days.. whew.. hand washing can only do so much.. I bruise extremely easy. I can press on my arm for about 25 seconds and I will bruise which is not a good sign but for what I went though it will go away. All staples are out, Some of the Nurses I would not be as far ahead as I am now and I owe to anyone who is a nurse of any kind. Takes lots to deal with ppl all day.. I was pretty good and easy going.
I have not taken a single pain killer for almost 1 1/2 weeks as Hydromorphone is just unbearable for me. Cant sleep on it hate how I feel on it.
I still need to have my Stent removed from my Ureter in the end of November.. then I will be free from any more surgery!
I took my first drive yesterday.. got to feel sun on me which was a great feeling also.

That's awsome man, glad you're being well taken care of. Gratitude is a powerful thing, it's shows you are focusing on the positive which is healing in itself and in line with your attitude thus far. I bet the sun and drive never felt so good!
