Yep, I'm pretty sure most, if not all sharks can do that to some degree. Notice how when you see a shark bite, you see its gums. The jaw articulation allows the shark to get a nice bite on its prey by extending the mouth out, however, this means they can't chew very well, which is why you see sharks thrash. They tear off chunks and swallow. Vertebrate Biology 200.
