Hello NBR. I'm looking for some recommendations of camping sites on the SSC. We'll be heading over for a weekend in a couple weeks and will be doing some shuttling. Hit me up with what you know! Thanks in advance!

That's an option that I'm very open to.

There is a relatively new one up Homesite Creek FSR. It is close to Pender though so not too close to shuttling but I hear it is really nice.

Any reviews of porpoise bay campground? It's not really close to the shuttle areas but has showers which is a big plus!

Unless it has changed recently you can't have camp fires there although there are community camp fires.

If that doesn't matter then its a nice park. Fairly family oriented with some decent beach and walking trails. It's really not that far from the B[HTML_REMOVED]K, maybe 20ish minutes.

All the riding here sucks!

The trails are built like Roman roads. Localism runs rampant in the cycling community. The beaches are crowded. Constantly rains here, even if the name says otherwise. Everything is climbing, even the downhill is chalk full of uphill pedaling.

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.
