I forgot to add... If you invest in GME next week, make sure you're doing it for the movement or that you think you are at a Casino, because this ain't investing.

Buy high, sell low.  Loloyolo.

Anyone who gambles in GME now better be ready for a roller coaster of hurt.

What are the terms available to bet against that?

Or are you just saying that a once in a decade short squeeze candidate will likely go down once it’s over?

Didnt ya hear? It's silver next and then gold.

I’ve heard.

Thankfully some pretty smart fuckers pointed out the best place to draw the love in the sand (for now).

Even your boy Trump Jr agreed.. or have you moved on to that crazy blond bitch that was talking about Jew space lasers?

lol the green or blue lazers? Hard to keep track of all the crazy shit. AOC and Cruz is a fun side bar. I think they're having angry enemy sex on the dl. And in order to move on, first one must be attached to (it).

Enough with the multi layered Quotes already?

Could we agree the Quote function is horrible and use Reply please?  @reductimat, @shogun is just as effective if you feel the need to single someone out in a response.

My scrolling thumb thanks you all.

Past performance is not an indicator of future performance.

Only use money you can afford to lose.

investors who end up buying in at the end of the short squeezes, they could feel some pain.

"I do think this isn't going to end well," said Grohowski. "These kind of one way trades they don't end well particularly for those that come later to the party."

“Meanwhile, the rest of us can update the famous quip from Joseph Kennedy, an original Commissioner of the SEC, who said when you start hearing stock tips from the shoeshine boy, you know there’s a market bubble. Today, the shoeshine boy is on Reddit.”

Ill spare you the links to articles.

The shorts are still at >100% of float. I’ll hold if only to make them pay the interest to hold those positions.

I bought 2 shares to be part of the collective movement. If that ends with me as the greatest fool on that stonk price, it represents all the pub dinners I didn’t pay for in 2020 while sitting at home. But I bet we see some wild volatility this week as the pressure mounts on the shorts.

And yes - this forum quote system is garbage.

So what about Dogecoin? Too late to get in? It's difficult to buy right now, as it's not that popular. What are your thoughts...

Goddamn Dogecoin.  I have been trying to get a hold of my buddy that set me up to mine it back in the day and see if he is still holding it and he hasn't gotten back to me.  He probably can't find his password.  All you needed back then was a decent video card to mine it.

I have never done any real investing. For someone with not a lot of disposable cash but willing to sacrifice say 2000$ to 5000$ what is the most affordable option these days? Basically I want to buy and sell stocks, but only with money I can afford to lose... although 5000$ would buy a nice new post pandemic bike.

I'll answer this question in the personal finance thread.  Life has been super busy the last week and a bit, so not much time for lazing about nsmb forums.

And to all ... yes, the quote feature mostly sucks, but notice that you can edit down the multi-layered quotes to just include the part you're responding to!

There is still a lot of buzz on Reddit of people wanting to buy Gamestop.  I think there is going to a lot of sad broke teens when this is all over.

If you have a day trader mindset it might work for you. Otherwise find something thats being adopted bc it actually has something behind. I could be wrong but doge doesn't.
