Its not by the slice, but Hell Pizza on the North Shore is pretty good and has some cool toppings. I think its a New Zealand Chain.

Nook on Denman St. does very good pizza (and pasta). Also great people who work there.
I believe I went to the place that was awarded best slice in NYC by the guy last year when I was there. It was right near Madison Sq Gardens from memory. To be perfectly honest it was good, but wasn't the best I've ever had.
I do miss my beef and blue cheese slices from fat tony's, I havent found many shops here in Sydney that compare :(

Where is the BIGGEST pizza in or around Van?
We go to Pizzaria Barbarella almost once a week, and have been since they opened a couple years ago. I've tried most of the "must try" pizza places around, and Barbarella remains my favorite: quality pizza with a nice but ego-free atmosphere.
It's on Broadway by Fraser - another reason we always go is it's a short walk there.
