Whole Foods pizza, burritos, burgers, own all the independent stuff.

Noodlebox has the best Thai.

East is East has the best East Indian fusion.

The shawarma place with a blue awning on Denman is good for a beer and kebab late at night when everything else is closed.

If you want real Mexican food you have to go to Blaine or Bellingham. Vancouver has a conspicuous lack of tex-mex cuisine.

The Booster Juice on Kits Beach. There is no other fast food place in Vangroovy. Argue with me and you get neg rep… go there and post about it and you'll get green rep

vera's is good but a tad over priced
heard good things about the re up bbq cart
anyone a place that serves halifax style donairs with the sweet sauce. There is a place (dj's) in Nelson that makes them like that and boy do i miss my by weekly donair from when i lived there.

Actually there's a place on the NW corner of Renfrew [HTML_REMOVED] Brdwy that Mexican nationals go.

awesome, I didn't know about that. just about every mexican restaurant I've been to in the Bellingham area has real mexicans working there… there's 3 or 4 along guide meridian.
