Finished off a growler of Bridge's black IPA, pretty nice. It's like a nut brown ale meets porter meets IPA. Agreed on Hermannator - I wanted to keep a couple around for a while but that might not end up happening. No loss there.
I grabbed a good whack of Woolly Buggers but haven't cracked one yet, I hear it's delicious fresh this year. ABYSS SOON. Too bad it's gonna be hella expensive.

No, not a micro craft beer, but it is about $5-7 a bottle and at 12%abv, it's good value.

I cracked open one of my two Belle Royales last night, and both my wife and I really enjoyed it. Much more than I expected, actually, being new to the sour genre. She was bummed to find out that it was a limited release.
Any recommendations for readily available cherry, or similar, sours?
Not cherry, but grab an armload of New Belgium Le Terroir while it's still on shelves. It's amazing and very palatable for non-sour beer drinkers. It has a great sour base with a healthy dose of citrus hops that are not at all bitter.

Again, not cherry, but there are a bunch of Oude Geuze that are reasonably priced and not too intense.
Storm Flanders Red is my local 'go to' but it's an imperial so it's a bit extreme.
