thanks for the suggestions. i've got a raging beer boner right now. checked the st augustines beer list and i don't know a thing on it. looks like i might end up drinking too many brews that night.

willing to hear more suggestions just in case, but many thanks for the start.

perfect. augustines has more of a sports bar vibe (tv's all over, etc), and the food is a bit meh, but not a problem to get in. i'd personally wait to squeeze into the alibi; lots of one-off's, casks, etc. it's always fun to focus on the unfamiliar regional stuff. our craft beer scene is relatively young, but there's quite a few solid players now.

that san fran place looks wicked. I, have never been to Alibi either. Always quite busy when i venture there. I heard there is a new 40+tap joint going in near Athletes village. Any intel?

craft beer market. supposed to be opening this summer with a beastly 140(!) taps - the highest tap count in canada. should be interesting…

Parallel 49 sampling room rocks

i wandered in there for the first time a couple days ago. love the tasting room format. i need to check out powell street too. storm and coal harbour are working on opening these as well; a nice little nest of breweries close to home = awesome.
