That beer is (i'll be nice) underwhelming.

I liked it! But then again, my tastes may be a bit more … mature…

Just picked up a six of the Phillips Blue Buck. Excellent.

The beer store was also giving out taster samples of some Stanley Park products. I will pick up a six of the Belgium Ale next time in.

All these beers are sooo good. Man Deschutes have raised the bar!

I'm a big fan of Deschutes. They have some solid products. I was working in White Rock for a while and I would run across the line, fill up the truck and grab a couple 6 packs for less than 8 bucks each. Their Twilight Summer Ale is a nice, easy drinking Summer beer too.

If you want a punch in the face of hops, you have to try Howe Sound's Total Eclipse of the Hops. Comes out once per year, usually spring.

Fact: your house sits on a spot where some of the best hops were ever grown in Canada.

The Electric Unicorn is really good. Was one of the only IPAs I found tolerable this year. Ignore Connor, like so many other hopheads, he only cares about how many hops can be shoved into a liquid. ;)

About this time last year, my wife brought back a 24 of Jubeale from the Bellingham Costco. I think it was $25.

My problem with it was that they called it an IPA when it really wasn't

Yeah. It's shit. Tastes like cold oatmeal water.

So respect my authority.

AParently Haggens has a 24 of random beers in a sealed box for $15 that's a deal.

I thought the BW was supposed to age for a few months at least. Have you cracked one yet?
