The best recipes for salmon are the simplest ones IMO. I usually bake my salmon in the oven, but im sure you can use this recipe for the bbq:

1) Mix together 1 part freshly squeezed juice from a lemon with 2 parts mayonnaise (I just eyeball it, don't use measurements), enough to cover the salmon

2) cover salmon with that mix. Sprinkle dill on the salmon and place some freshly cut thin slices of lemon on top of fillet.

3) wrap salmon in tinfoil, place in oven (bbq?) at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.

should be done in 18 min, use fork to test for flakiness. If the fish flakes easily it is done.

I use this recipe for sockeye and it is delicious.

eat it raw. if its good enough for bears, its good enough for you.

Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.

1) Invent said marinade.

2) cover salmon with said marinade.

3) Let it marinate over night.

3) wrap salmon in tinfoil, place in bbq at 400 degrees (maybe a bit lower) for 18 minutes. (maybe a bit longer)

should be done in 18 min, use fork to test for flakiness. If the fish flakes easily it is done.

FYP.

Basically what he said, but you can use pretty much anything you want for marinade. That said, marinate it overnight and it'll be melt in your mouth goodness.

place the fillet on tinfoil, toss some freshly sliced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper on the fillet. wrap the fish up in the foil and place it in the bbq on med for around 10-12minutes.

ps:
A professor of mathematics sent a fax to his wife. It read:

"Dear wife, You must realize that you are 54 years old and I have certain needs which you are no longer able to satisfy. I am otherwise happy with you as a wife, and I sincerely hope you will not be hurt or offended to learn that by the time you receive this letter, I will be at the Grand Hotel with my 18-year-old teaching assistant. I'll be home before midnight. - Your Husband"

When he arrived at the hotel, there was a faxed letter waiting for him that read as follows:

"Dear Husband. You too are 54 years old, and by the time you receive this, I will be at the Breakwater Hotel with the 18-year-old pool boy. Being the brilliant mathematician that you are, you can easily appreciate the fact that 18 goes into 54 a lot more times than 54 goes into 18. Don't wait up."
