I think he's just riffing on the meme.
I am all for finding housing for the homeless, but I don't buy their argument that they have a community that needs to be preserved on expensive real estate.
I say we relocate them to Squamish.

Squamish is pretty expensive as well, but it is a lot less than downtown Vancouver. If it can be done there for a reasonable price then great, but I don't see the downtown homeless community as doing anyone any favours and the money should be spent for the best results.
