I am thankfully almost completely unplugged from Telus (cell phone is next). TV was awful, internet slow, service - you know about that.
I have had no outtage problems with Shaw in North Van - and I'm on all day.
^^^Shaw outages in North Van (TV and Internet) are frequent and regular. Phoning tech support is useless.
I usually get in about four words ("My TV/Internet isn't working…") before the tech starts laughing and tells me they're aware of it and are working on it.
