Anyone here into Track & Field?

Was wondering if there are any clubs (preferably in Swanguard) for track clubs. I'm just a novice/amateur but always wanted to train in sprinting and make good use of the weather.

you can make a sprinter into a distance runner but if a distance runner doesnt have the fast twitch muscle they will never be fast ... sprinters are born not made,

Sprinters are manufactured in Charleston, SC.

actualy the Sprinters are made in Dusseldorf Chermany

But the vans that are headed for America are taken apart and shipped to a plant in Charelston SC where they put them back together

its all to get around the 25% chicken tax,
