Animations in Avatars?

How is this done?

I have a program that saves animations as flash files…

they are jsut animated gif files.

^Animated GIF. Keep it small. Kinda hard to get smooth action with such small files.

Whats a good free gif program, I always download them and they end up having like free animated gif thing at the bottom or somthing stupid the program just kind adds.

I just did a search for "cool avatars", and found something pretty cool.

Photoshop comes with Imageready, so if you have photoshop just use that

this is the one I use. you dont have to download anything and you can change the size and stuff too.

Nice. I used that one last year…it's a good one for sure!:)

I found a bunch of others, but they are too large. I need to figure out how to make them a little smaller…maybe if I ever wind up unemployed, I'll have the time to do that:eek:

Gif Construction set is an older program, but I thought it was easier to use than photoshop and smaller too. But it only lets you make gif files.
