An Observation

All I can say is that you and I clearly have very different ideas of some key word definitions, including, but not limited to;

-attack
-hatred
-vicious.

If a topic interests me, I post something. If you don't agree with my post, you're free to debate an alternative position. I welcome an honest debate - it's good fun and often enlightening for everyone. Just because my position differs from yours doesn't make it a vicious attack motivated by hatred.

What I don't like is when people can't grasp the difference between their opinions, their assumptions and genuine facts. You can assume and opine all you want, but don't try to sell it as factual.

Maybe the hatred was because of the approach taken to express that opposition, rather than the opposition itself. And then acting all high and mighty about it.

I do find it funny that people would laugh at others for their beliefs. "so you believe in something, and you live your life by that, that's messed up dude"..

IMO this world could use some more faith. Faith in each other even would help. There's a lot of good in faith, when practiced and preached right, despite how the media likes to twist it around

Abraham, 21, circumvented the usual sex tape route for aspiring reality TV stars. She hired male porn star James Deen to be her “boyfriend” in the sec video. In addition, usually it’s a third party who pushes the video, rather than the celebrity.

But Abraham brought her father and daughter to her negotiations with porn executive Steve Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment. She had hoped for $2 million and a new lease on her 15 minutes of fame. The 70-minute DVD will be titled: Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, TMZ said.

OK, so what you want is NBR to stop talking ill of things you hold dear to your heart, but you and everyone else can mock those which aren't.

NBR used to be a very busy place, full of friendly folks and fun topics. Now it seems to have been reduced to around the same 20 or so posting much of the time. My thoughts are that there is a hatred for anyone who is a Christian or of any type of a right wing view. They are constantly attacked by people that I wont name,yet I am sure you know who they are.They are attacked viciously,repeatedly and without any care as to their opinions, and that is what has driven away people and stopped many from posting.

Post something anti Christian and it is all good, post anything anti Islam and you are a bigot, and it then turns into a Christian/right wing bashing thread regardless.

Sad to see this has happened, how do we fix it and make NBR fun again.

I fully expect to be attacked for posting this, but that will only further prove my point.

It looks to me like you posted this just to get some attention and stir up more conflict/controversy. It's summer and people are out riding more and actually doing things and spending a lot less time online. Maybe that's why things seem to be getting a little stale on here…

I know from the few threads I've browsed lately that you have a personal problem with KenN and the way he presents his arguments. But from an outsider's perspective (or at least an infrequent poster's) I don't find his tone vicious or hateful by any means. I think your judgement of him has just been clouded by the fact that you and he seem to have, shall we call it, idealogical differences.
