1 Ticket, $311.00, which was a "general" MVA ticket for insuring a non-insurable vehicle.
Just gotta ask how it was insured then?

I saw you guys yesterday driving around, and I was going to ask what made you think that it was a good idea, then I read this and realised that thinking wasn't involved.
Having spent the day out in the valley yesterday, I though I was still seeing redneck afterimages when you drove by.
the 80s called - they want their jeans back.
epic adventure  sucks about the fire.
nice touch delaying the engine fire until dusk for better pics ;)
Ok that's funny in a freetard kinda way.

The rednecks don't scare me - the gangsta wanna be's do. I was sitting at a light on the weekend and these kids drove past in mommy's Hyundai suv throwing gang signs out the windows. I was tempted to follow them til they hit a light, drag them out and smack them back to reality.

My guess is they just insured a "Suzuki swift" then they went and dropped it and chopped the top off which made it illegal to drive but still with insurance.
It's ICBC.
The'll insure anything, and then deny you coverage in the case of an accident.
Kinda like medical insurance.

Red meat is not bad for you, its green fuzzy meat that's bad for you.
Synchro, Derwood, Wayne P and me - Team Newfie. No CFA's allowed.
Rep to all involved - that made my monday morning.
The chainsaw convertible would've had you pulled over within a week I'm guessing

I think it's probably un-insurable due to "structural alterations". Forgetting the fact that it's a soup can on wheels, it's unibody and removing the roof has a huge effect on it's structural integrity.
Now it's like a soup can with no lid :high:
Some of you guys are putting way to much thought into this, we knew it was illegal and the unibody would lose 80[HTML_REMOVED]#37; of its strength, but we did it anyway. It was super bad-ass.

Can't argue with that.
